The Handy World offers a residential maintenance program for your home. Each customer will be visited by our Project Coordinator and a customized maintenance and payment plan will be developed based off your specific needs.

 

The following are the standard items on the monthly plan.  At the end of each visit, the technician will record the tasks performed that month in your Home Maintenance Log Book as well as any observations of issues, potential issues, and suggested remedies.

Terms and Conditions

 

• Semi-Annual Visits - You will be scheduled for a spring and fall visit. We will complete as much of the maintenance as possible in the scheduled (3-5) hour visit and advise you if more time is needed or if other repairs are recommended. Extra labor time, materials, disposal fees, permits, etc. are in addition to the Plan charges.

• Cost Savings - As a preferred client you will enjoy reduced costs of your home maintenance and will receive special offers throughout the year.

• Conditions – The Plan length covers one full yearly cycle – (2) (3 – 6)hour visits in a 12 month period.
